Meet the HR Team

Neil joined Saongroup.com in 2002, initially working as an Account Manager before being promoted to HR Manager at the beginning of 2006. Neil is now the Group HR Director for Saongroup and is responsible for recruitment and selection, employee relations and talent management all our international businesses.

Neil holds a BA in English and History from University College Cork, a Higher Diploma in Business Studies from The Smurfit Business School, a National Diploma in Personnel Management from NCI

Denise joined Saongroup in March 2007 from Reed Personnel Services where she worked as a Recruitment Consultant for 5 years. Denise is responsible for the recruitment cycle to all our international businesses outside China.

Denise graduated from UCC in 2000 with a BA in Geography & History. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from NCI and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Catherine joined Saongroup as HR Executive in 2010. Catherine acts as a HR Business Partner to all companies outside China in areas such as company policy, employee management, absence management, employee communication, CSR, benefits management and training.

Catherine holds a BSc in Social Science from University College Dublin, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from The Smurfit Business School. Catherine also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from NCI and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
