Delivering the very best talent to their customers is what the team at IrishJobs.ie takes pride in every day.
As a business, we firmly believe talent has no gender and that women should face no barriers to achieving their career goals.
It’s why IrishJobs was delighted to sponsor the Dublin Chamber of Commerce event celebrating International Women’s Day.
On March 5th over 200 of Ireland’s most successful business leaders and female entrepreneurs came together in Dublin for an evening of networking and learning. Orla Moran, General Manager of IrishJobs, joined fellow business leaders to discuss their careers and to offer advice to other female professionals. Attendees also heard from a panel of Ireland’s most successful businesswomen including Louise Phelan, CEO of Phelan Energy, Laura McCarthy, Drinks Botanicals, Sophie Caffola, Stork Box and Ailbhe Keane of Izzy Wheels.
At IrishJobs, over 40% of the senior leadership team are women. Equal representation and equal opportunities for women in the workplace has a positive impact throughout the business. Diversity ensures new perspectives that can foster creativity and innovation, allowing organisations to thrive and grow. The talented women at IrishJobs and Saongroup who play a crucial role in providing excellence for customers and career seekers alike are acknowledged in this specially produced International Women’s Day video.
